Dr. Aggarwal is a board-certified Ophthalmologist as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He started New Laser Medical Spa as a result of his passion for skin rejuvenation. He is a recognized ophthalmic and cosmetic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic laser surgery, oculoplastics (droopy eyes), upper and lower eyelid surgery, non-surgical face lifts, laser toenail fungus removal, neurotoxin injections, and dermal fillers.

Dr. Paul is a board-certified family physician and has been practicing since 2004. She also served in the U.S. Air Force. Her compassion for helping people transferred over to aesthetics because she enjoys watching her patients get the results they desire.

Regina is a licensed aesthetician, electrologist, and certified laser technician. “The health of our skin is important, as is the way we care for it. In this industry we have so many options to offer patients. Enhancing or correcting most skin concerns no longer require invasive measures. I am excited to be in this field and continue watching technology grow.”
